Mid-South House Buyers was built around a simple idea: property problems are usually people problems first. A house may be inherited, damaged, vacant, behind on payments, occupied by tenants, tied up in a move, or simply become more work than it is worth.
What you can expect from us
We aim to be straightforward about what we are: a real estate investment company looking for properties we can purchase directly. We will not pretend an investor sale is always the highest-price option. Instead, we focus on whether we can create a transaction that solves enough of the seller’s problems to make the tradeoff worthwhile.

Our market focus includes Memphis and surrounding Shelby County, DeSoto County in North Mississippi, and nearby communities across West Tennessee and East Arkansas.
